Neighbours Regional Association of Abitibi-Témiscamingue is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the English-speaking community.

Neighbours is committed to;

• • strengthening networks within the English and French speaking population 
  • encouraging and supporting community development initiatives
  • facilitating information sharing within the English-speaking community of the Rouyn-Noranda area
  • defending the rights of the English-speaking community to access services in English
  • organizing social, educational and cultural events
  • encouraging the development of leadership in the community
